The Iris Immortality, Iris x germanica ‘Immortality’ is a fragrant reblooming, bearded Iris that has pure white flowers and cream colored beards.

With a velvety texture and beautiful sword-shaped foliage, it will stand out in a perennial bed. It prefers average, well-drained soil but has excellent drought tolerance.

‘Immortality’ prefers full sun, but will tolerate a little afternoon shade. This Iris needs plenty of water throughout the season to looks its best. It will make a great addition around pools, ponds and water gardens, and for mass plantings. It can be used on difficult banks to prevent erosion.

This Iris makes magnificent cut flowers and is resistant to deer. A tall bearded Iris, ‘Immortality’ produces white flowers in late spring on rigid stems and reblooms again later.
